"Great view if you’re on the top floor. Tap necks are too short in every room and public bathrooms. You have about 1-2cm from the water flow and the edge of the sink. Poor water pressure as well."

"Shocking. Reception locked at 3pm when i got there. Had to wait for someone to open. Person didnt speak english. Rooms smelt. Outdated and damaged furntiure"

"Where do I start. The mould on the bathroom ceiling, the shower water ends up pooling on the bathroom floor (water hits the shower screen and drains into the tiled hob and this overflows onto the floor), the tv turned on both mornings at 7am waking us up, there were crumbs all over one of the couches and the noise outside our bedroom each morning was not favourable for a sleep in. We won't be staying here again."
