"Staff were great! Clean facilities but the building itself is very old so its presented as clean as it can be being old. There is currently roadworks right outside so was woken by diggers on Saturday morning. But once the work is complete it should be nice and quiet."

"Close to the venue of the occasion we went to and to the shops. Quiet. The issue in the room we stayed was that there was a problem in the shower, flooding outside after showering, the outlet in the bathroom was not working, and would have been better if there is an extra mirror outside the shower room. It surprised me because the unit we stayed in before was much much better. But will stay again. And hopefully the shower will be fixed next time.😊 Thank you."

"Great place to stay if you are going to an event at Spark Arena as it is within easy walking distance. Guest car park is very convenient but it would be a very tight squeeze if you have an SUV or Ute. The room interior was very tired and needed some work and TLC but it was clean and fairly comfortable for a one night stay. Customer service was excellent and with a quick and easy check-in and check-out."

"Wow, that was my initial reaction seeing my room for the first time. This was my first time experiencing an eco-friendly room, it was different but cuts down on energy waste. The room is spacious and had all my needs. Parking can fill up quickly, but I always had a parking space. The restaurant downstairs Ora Bistro did not disappoint. I was impressed with the menu and the food was great! I would definitely stay here again if I go back to New Zealand. "
