"Manager and staff were excellent. Drury Inn location is next to Union Station, Metrolink, Soccer stadium and Arena. Originally a YMCA that has a great historic lobby and elevated walkway over the hot tub and indoor pool. Great value for location, manager's reception (drink and food) as well as breakfast. The hotel parking was full, which caused an additional cost to park elsewhere. The desk attendant stated people often used their parking even though they are not hotel guess. "Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town."
