"This was a disappointing stay. It just seemed as though they didn’t have it together - from the TV and internet being out on our first evening (with no communication about it from the front desk), to window shades not working, unprofessional behavior from staff (valet in particular) to the fire alarms going off at 11pm and no information on what actually happened when the building was evacuated. I witnessed a verbal altercation with very colorful language from the valet to a guest which was disgusting, as well as a staff member calling out (very loudly) a guest in the dining area in front of other guests. Would never stay here again and strongly encourage others to reconsider. "

"​The only major drawback occurred over the weekend when one of the main elevators went out of service. While mechanical issues are understandable, the lack of communication was frustrating. There was no signage posted at the elevator banks to alert guests or direct them to the service stairs/alternative lifts. This led to a lot of confusion and long wait times in the lobby, which took away from the otherwise seamless "vibe" of the hotel.​ I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent location and superb staff. If they can improve their internal communication and guest signage during maintenance issues, it would easily be a five-star stay. "

"The parking lot is blocked in all directions, the pool is not open, requested two queen beds and received a queen and rollaway bed, one elevator does not work, staff didn’t greet guests at all. The room wasn’t dirty so that was a plus. Tiles in the bathroom are not secured to the sub floor. The shower curtain was not wide enough for the curved shower bar and water leaked everywhere. "

"Didn’t eat breakfast. Should have a restaurant on site or at least a deli. St Louis food is not good at all."

"We stayed here in town for cardinals games. The hotel was very clean. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The pool area is nice and we enjoyed the breakfast. I would go back"
