"The property was beautiful, and the location was great. However, I was very disappointed with the accommodation we received. When booking through Expedia, I specifically expected an Autocamp experience and was looking forward to staying in one of the buses rather than a cabin. I had also contacted the property in advance to let them know that I would be celebrating my birthday there and specifically requested an Autocamp unit with a nice view. Unfortunately, no one informed me beforehand that we would be given a cabin instead of a bus. This was especially disappointing given the occasion and the expectations I had communicated in advance. When I raised the issue with the manager upon arrival, I was told that all the buses were occupied and that they could not accommodate a change. However, based on how quiet the property appeared and the number of guests I observed, I found it difficult to believe that every bus was fully occupied. While I appreciated the property's beauty and location, the lack of communication and the failure to provide the type of accommodation I had expected significantly affected my experience. I wish the property had informed me of the change in advance so I could have made an informed decision before arriving."

"Great location. The included breakfast at Porter’s was good. Within walking distance to several shops, bike/hiking gear rental venues, restaurants, and the Springdale shuttle line stop. Not a far walk to the Zion National Park Visitor’s Center if you’d rather not wait for the shuttle. Nice to have a balcony overlooking the beautiful scenery. The only hiccup and it wasn’t much, just felt the carpeting inside the hallways of the building we stayed in could use updating. Good size room, bathroom and comfortable bed/bedding."
