The hotel was updated on some things. Staff was great. It did seem the carpet needed to be swept in there might’ve been a leak in the bathroom from previous year. Otherwise it was not a bad stay.

Hot tub was green with alge growth. Pool wasn’t much better. Room was in need of more than cleaning would provide with mold growth in the bathroom. Breakfast was the best part of this place. Would not prepay a stay here without seeing it first. We stayed elsewhere on the way back.

Clearly, this is a low cost option in Kanab, and it was full. However, it is an older motel that has not been renovated... (e.g., light switches loose/broken, tub/shower handle loose to the point of not working, door veneer peeling, etc.). There was a breakfast, but limited (has a waffle station). It is walkable to a few restaurants and a small museum.

Cost too much for super hard uncomfortable beds, worn tub and sink, and furniture that needed replacing. Room smelled strongly of bleach and wasn't aired out, made the stay uncomfortable.
