"The stay got off to a very poor start. The advertisement instructed guests to contact the property to receive a door access code. When I called in the afternoon, the property manager was extremely rude. Even after I explained the reason for my call, I was repeatedly questioned as if I didn’t understand the instructions. "We stayed in a beautiful suite, the view of the beach was magnificent! the furniture is dated, though clean, they didn't have a free standing shower, so you had to get into the spa to have a shower, and that wasn't easy especially where there is no step to get in, so a bit hard for us. My advise to the cleaners is to check if the soap dispensers are empty as it's the 3rd time I have stayed there and had to ask for shampoo or hair conditioner. Also there wasn't a bottle opener in the room."

"I found check in hard. I called the day before to discuss check in late at night and I was told to just ring back on the night when I was there. If they had checked the booking and advised that I would need to do email verifications etc as I had not paid, I would have paid right away when talking on the phone the day before. It just was a stressful event that I was travelling for and which I did warn them in notes but otherwise it was perfect and no complaints."

"Rooms were amazing and while booking 1 bedroom loft that I didn’t know how it was in real life I’ve always stayed in a one bedroom apartment and when I went to the one bedroom loft and needed help changing rooms to a one bedroom apartment tasa was amazing help changing! Big shoot out to tasa she was great help and my kids love her she’s always happy and smiling :) "

"Block out blinds didn't completely fit windows, so light streamed in at each end. Toothpaste on sink, no shower gel or shampoo in containers. Terrible smell coming from bathroom, the sink was blocked. Did not report at the time due to having to be at the hospital until very late, but reported at check out, was told that a note will be left for housekeeping. We would not stay again"
