"This hotel is up there with one of my favourite hotels I have stayed at for accommodation of family's and the facilities they offer. Couldn't fault a single part of our stay, we loved it so much we extended our stay by an extra night. The staff are so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The downstairs basement with the games is a real bonus and something we made great use of with the children. 10/10"

"I really enjoyed my three nights; price point, staff service, just the whole vibe of a busy hotel. I only really marked down a category because the place has a somewhat dated but sophisticated feel to it (spacious rooms with lovely views with ‘popcorn style ceilings’) … Generous room service was nice (lots of towels) and even fun to just people-watch in the grand lobby and listen to the front-desk staff accommodate just about every customer; this place goes above & beyond! Highly recommend a stay here while in downtown Asheville! Robert "

"We had tickets to a downtown venue, so I was looking for a hotel that was walkable to that location. After reviewing proximity and photos of the hotel, we decided the Cambria would be our home for the night. The hotel has an in-house restaurant that we didn't get to try on this visit but there are other walkable choices for drink and dining really close by as well. We were first welcomed by the valet staff which was an efficient process. The registration staff were very friendly and also had us on our way to our room in minutes along with a complimentry glass of champagne. The room was spacious and contemporary and the bathroom was also large. I really loved how open and airy it was. Our 11th story room also provided a great view of the city with mountains off in the distance. The room was very clean which is very important to me. The beds were comfy and a welcome place to fall into after our concert. One last thing was security and access limited to the elevator to residents with key cards only."
