Excellent guest house

Fantastic 2 bedroom with high ceilings, great kitchen, in-house laundry, and outdoor fire pit. Recommended for families and groups of friends. Close to local hotel bar and restaurant for nice cocktails. Easy Lyft to other parts of the city for dinner. Keyless entry was a plus. Really enjoyed our stay.

Super Convenient Apartment

It was a great apartment for my adult son and me. It had two bedrooms and separate baths, nice views, and easy access to downtown interests. Would stay again.

Perfect 2 Bedroom

The condo is in a fantastic location. It is in walking distance to many restaurants and downtown Asheville. I messaged the property manager upon our arrival with a minor question, they sent out staff to resolve the issue within an hour. The unit is spacious and would be great for families as well as friends.

The perfect Asheville location!

Our group of four (two couples) loved this condo! The location was perfect, the condo was beautiful and it was a real treat to have a spot to park our car. (Trust me, we had searched.) We loved that we could walk to restaurants, music venues, the art museum and shopping. And it was a short, convenient drive to the Biltmore Estate and the River Arts District (be sure to check this out!).

Excellent location. Clean, comfortable and safe!

Two adult couples stayed for a long weekend. You can’t beat the location of this property to downtown Asheville’s numerous restaurants, shops and bars. The property is secure and yet easily accessible with an iPhone app. Having the space to spread out in a comfortable condo with full kitchen and such comfortable beds was a great after a day of hiking. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to friends.

Superb Lodging

This condo was one of the best places I've ever stayed in: spacious, light, comfortable, beautiful, quiet, and very safe. The kitchen is very well equipped, and there are extra towels in the master bathroom. The condo is within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes and shops. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Asheville.

This unit was clean and comfortable for our family! What a great place to stay while celebrating a 50th birthday in Asheville. Minutes from shops, restaurants, and the Tourists ballpark. There was no noise to be heard from neighboring units and any communication with the host was answered very quickly!

Great Downtown Asheville building!

This was a beautiful property that was perfectly suited for two couples traveling together. Beds and furniture very comfortable. The only suggestions we would make is to have more supplies in the kitchen (dish towels, plastic containers, food wrap) and a full length mirror.

Great for an Asheville Weekend

Great location where everything downtown is within walking distance. We walked everywhere for shopping, drinks, dinners, etc. The property is nice and the apartment was perfect for 2 couples. Would be great for a longer stay as well as it has all the necessities for cooking, a washer/dryer, etc. The key app to get into the parking and building can be quirky, but the property manager was quick to assist and remedy an issue with one of the phones.

Nice place!

This was perfect for us, two adult couples who wanted a place within walking distance of restaurants and breweries in Asheville for the weekend. The condo matched the description and photos. It was nice to have a reserved parking spot if we needed to drive anywhere. We didn’t use the kitchen except to make coffee so I can’t speak to the convenience of cooking there but it sure looked nice.

Excellent Safe & Quiet Location

LOVED the space. Was perfect for me and my two adult daughters. Close enough to walk to places but was just far enough away to feel like we were not in the middle of the city. Easy to park and easy to access building. Great instructions. Was super clean and safe. Just needed a full length mirror.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd stay at this property. It is 1/2 block away from restaurants and bars. The property was clean and comfortable and in a perfect location. It is also fantastic that it comes with a parking space. I will certainly stay there again.

Great place

The location is ideal, we could walk to downtown and all of the breweries we wanted to get to in town. The best ones were close by in the south slope area. The apartment was very clean and spacious for the 4 of us. Felt very safe. On-site parking was great. Only down side was the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working well. Wouldn’t get below 78 degrees which was a tad too warm. Other than that would stay here again.

The condo was very nice and clean with plenty of room. Neighbors were very quiet. The hairdryer in full bathroom (non master) doesn’t work. I had it on high and hot and it blew out cold air. The vehicles cleaning the streets early morning was not good. They were loud and woke me up but I know you can’t do anything about that.

Great location. Easy walk to restaurants etc. Overall, quiet location. Property management responded quickly with issue with Nest thermostat. Due to settings it still took 5 hours to warm unit to 72. It was locked at 62 when we arrived. It should have been unlocked and at least 68-70 when we arrived. Only other issue was lack of microwaveable containers for cooking.

Nice Place

The place is new and very nice, pretty centrally located. The only complaint I have is that the towels and linens are cheap, towels were small, thin and hard, I would expect a little larger and more lush towel. Sheets were ok, but the comforter was thin, I would have expected at least a down alternative comforter. The price per night is high, therefore the linens should reflect that. The only other thing was that the chandelier over the kitchen sink was pretty dirty. Probably not something that the cleaning people think about cleaning when they come in to turn the property over, but it should be done periodically.

Nice unit and location, but multiple issues with the stay

The apartment is beautiful in the photos and location is wonderful, but we experienced multiple issues with our stay: 1. As a "welcome" at 1am on the night of our arrival the smoke detector starts chirping loudly. These should be checked often, and batteries replaced regularly! The ceilings are extremely tall in the apartment, and there is not a ladder. We had to literally build a tower of furniture (chairs on top of coffee table) in the middle of the night, and create a human pyramid to take it down and stop the loud noise, thanks to one of us being 6' tall - there is no way we could have reached without this person! 2. The hot water issue. Even though the listing states apartment sleeps 6 people, ONE shower of 8 minutes was all the hot water we had! (No extended showers or washing long hair or anything, no simultaneous usage or dishwasher). The other two guests had to shower in barely lukewarm water afterwards. We communicated the issue to the property manager, and the maintenance guy came a few hours later without understanding the issue (very limited English). He kept telling us that the shower handle was malfunctioning, and didn't understand we were having the issue in BOTH showers and the kitchen, not just the one he looked at. He showed up without a key to access the water heater closet, and kept telling us the water was fine (after only running it for 2 minutes - refused to stay the 8-10 minutes to observe the temperature drop). He left without fixing it, and I communicated this to the host - who conveniently stopped responding, and ghosted us for the rest of the weekend without a resolution. We ended up needing 2 extra hours to get ready in the mornings to wait 30 minutes between people showering. 3. Overall cheap bedding and bath. The bed sheets are 100% very thin staticky nylon; they literally create bright static sparks any time one's hand moves in the middle of the night, waking you up with the flashes right in front of your face. Be prepared to look like an electrocuted mad scientist in the morning because of all the static. The guest bed was also missing the flat sheet (only had the fitted and pillowcases) The bath towels are paper thin and very cheap; think "Walmart dish rag" quality. I certainly do not expect luxury thick Turkish towels or anything like that, but even cheap IKEA would've been a great improvement here. I would definitely recommend bringing your own towels, if you are able to.

Ashville Spring

Great condo - super parking arrangement & walking distance all over town. Towns Property.com had an additional charge over the VRBO price that wasn't clear upon booking. They use an app on your phone for access to the property which had a different access arrangement than the unit entry code from VRBO. It needed to be used to enter every time. I actually got stuck emptying trash. TV was difficult to use. Asheville was a delight - great restaurant plus Biltmore.
