"This is a beautiful lodge!!! Staff were so helpful in getting us extra nights since we planned on staying at Pigeon Forge our other nights but loved it here and decided to stay instead!! And when the door accidentally went shut and we were locked out! The room was spacious and loved having a complete kitchen! Room very clean. Close to the Biltmore. Two hours away to Pigeon Forge. Loved the individual balcony! Was a perfect choice for our 40th anniversary!!"

"The hotel was generally well-maintained, bright, and clean on the outside, which gave a good first impression. Our room was comfortable overall, though we did notice a few hair strands on the shower room wall after checking in. The biggest downside was the gym — there was no AC, only a fan that didn’t help much. It also needs shades, as the space gets extremely hot and sunny during the day, making workouts uncomfortable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff, who were very kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our visit."

"Clean, newer facility & room. Decent Hampton breakfast Front desk night person not friendly or welcoming at check-in, acted irritated that I “booked thru a third party” (Expedia, not Hilton site). She said my Hilton Honors was not showing…. Otherwise hotel itself was all good."

"They have electric car charging stations just behind the office but they are Tesla chargers and you have to pay for them. I don't understand why more and more hotels are moving to paying for charging. The one I stayed at the night before had free charging for electric vehicles which is the way it should be everywhere."

"If you head into the garage from the back side you need to go up a couple levels to check in. Not a lot of signage to help you figure it out c other than that, awesome staff, location and room."
