"All the staff at the front desk were super nice and friendly. They also always greeted our dog. This property was very pet-friendly. It was also clean and quiet. The parking is a little high (25/night), but we knew that going in and it was still a good value with the room cost. We also walked some places, so the location was great. "

"Your hotel is lovely however your housekeeping department is abysmal at best. My room was never really serviced - counters/sink never washed, toilet paper removed from bathroom, desk top not ever cleaned! Sheets in a 5 night stay - never changed! Toilet/shower area smelled like urine! I spoke with Dexter Hazel regarding my room never being serviced at all on 4/5/26 requiring me at 9:30pm to request towels, washcloths, cups/creamers! Your hotel may be a boutique hotel but it’s still not Howard Johnson’s nor are your prices! I would never recommend your hotel to anyone! "

"The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I had a pleasant stay indoors. However, the surrounding area felt somewhat unsafe. I noticed a number of homeless individuals nearby, and a few appeared to be under the influence of substances, which made the environment uncomfortable, especially during evening hours. "
