"Such a lovely home. Well stocked and clean and very comfortable. The back porch swing was my favorite morning spot. Nights on the front porch enjoying the fireflies and sounds of the bullfrog in the creak was so nice. My husband and I very much enjoyed our week long stay. Only 25 minutes to Black Mountain, far enough away to feel secluded and cozy but close enough to drive out every day for activities. Unfortunately, the convenient roads leading to Chimney Rock and Lake Lure were still closed for construction."
