"Beautiful cottage-style studio, newly renovated (it felt like we were the first people to stay there), stylishly furnished in a desert-modern style, with a very handy kitchenette, and a big bathroom with a powerful rainfall shower. Bed extremely comfortable. Nice to have a bit of patio furniture. TV has Netflix and other apps. A 10 minute-or-so walk into the town centre and beach. Free parking right outside the hotel. This really is a gem of a place to stay in Byron. "

"Great accomodation but there was no liquid detergent for washing up dishes and no broom. I did ask staff for some detergent but there was none available. It makes it a little difficult to clean fry pans and wipe down counters. But other wise a wonderful short holiday!"

"We had such a great stay at Waves Hotel Byron Bay! The staff were super friendly and made everything feel really easy from the moment we arrived. They even added a special touch for my wife’s birthday, which made the day feel extra memorable. The location is unbeatable — literally a few steps to the beach and close to all the good coffee and food spots. Traveling with our baby, we really appreciated how accommodating and relaxed everything felt. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the room was spacious and clean with a nice view and a great bathroom. Overall, it felt like really good value for the quality and location. Would definitely stay again!"
