Amazing location for everything, clean, modern and comfortable

The room was very spacious. Excellent service all around. By day 2 the doorman knew me and would have a bottle of water and towel ready for after my run. Beautiful old building with all the mod cons would definitely stay there next time

Beautiful hotel, fabulous staff, walking distance to many attractions

I arrived early and was told my room was ready and that I could check in immediately for no extra cost. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed dinner in the Song kitchen restaurant, it was pleasant and affordable. Restaurant staff were friendly and professional. I was impressed with my overall experience at Song Hotel, and in particular the outstanding customer service I received.

Great location for travel out of and into Australia.

We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly well equipped, nothing was overlooked. The nightly delivery of handmade fudge was such a thoughtful and luxurious touch that made us feel genuinely pampered. Having Horizon Club access really elevated our experience. Very convenient, basically across the road from train station/light rail. Room simply but neatly designed and calming colour scheme. Very comfortable quality bed and pillow options. Stay deal had breakfast was great value and breakfast fresh tasty with all the essentials. TV probably a little smaller than average these days in other modern hotels but no biggie in scheme of things. We stayed in the apartment room, which had a washer and dryer. The bed was very comfortable, and the whole room was beautifully presented. Very close to train and bus connections.

We absolutely loved our room on the top floor with the view of the marina and river. So comfortable having a separate bedroom. Hotel staff couldn’t do enough for us and went above and beyond. The office manager Casey was so helpful and professional and Sally on reception was a complete delight. So friendly and kind and efficient.
