"Great hotel in a convenient location. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The room was clean, staff was great. Our flight wasn't until 6pm so they gave us the option of coming back to the hotel after we had gone snorkeling to shower and clean up. It was a great option for us. Highly recommend!!!"

"The hotel was clean; the bed was very comfortable. I wish we had known that parking was limited. We got in late and ended up having to park a little way away. Parking permits are on a first come first serve basis. The laundry facility was clean and worked great, we were able to pay with our credit card. The location is great!!"

"The day after the Kona Low storm the open lobby was available for a wonderful hot breakfast. The staff were all very attentive and friendly, even though everything around them was affected. Our room was on the mauka side and the view in the morning was lovely. Quiet and well-kept, would definitely stay again"

"Great property, beautiful pool, areas of the complex were empty. - Just hope they do not put you next to an area that is under construction. Checked in for three nights. Literally next to construction happening between 9 and 5 am. Not just banging, but pretty much non-stop hammer drilling the entire day. When asked for a chance to move, was told nothing is available. Why would you put a customer literally one floor above the work area? No discount offered no other sorry offered - full price. If it was not prepaid i would have left. "
