"The hotel is very close to restaurants and shops. It was so convenient to walk to these places. I would highly recommend staying here. The only slight thing was the self check in. I found that to be inconvenient. There is staff nearby to assist with this step. "

Room was very clean and we had a comfortable stay (4 nights). the 7-eleven being connected to the hotel was a plus! Breakfast has so many options and the staff were so sweet in getting everyone settled in despite how many people were there."

"This property was amazing. Always had a private hot spring available mid day during breaks between going out. We also tried their traditional dinner and I think it was worth the price of trying. Smoking rooms were comfortable and clean as well. Also the Yukata free rental was a nice touch."
