The staff and level of service at this property is truly an experience and makes the hotel feel luxurious. The rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast has options for any dietary restrictions and is quite tasty, and our stay was beyond comfortable. We truly enjoyed every bit of our stay and would love to come back!
Our favorite hotel during our trip! The room was so comfortable and clean. Very comfortable bed. The onsen was so nice to use after long days of walking. My husband and I have some tattoos and it was fine. Great location as well! Can’t wait to come back!!
This was our favorite hotel in Japan! Spacious, beautifully designed room with a luxury feel. The amenities were very thoughtful and the onsen gorgeous as well.
From the moment we checked in, the customer service was 10/10. The property was clean, and the staff paid a lot of attention to detail. When next I am in Kyoto, I will definitely be staying here again.
Amazing stay, staff was kind, rooms were spacious and cold (great for summer). Breakfast was great. Location was a quick walk to markets or the subway. Onsen was amazing as well!
Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Very friendly and attentive staff that did everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Room well appointed and very comfortable. We loved the onsen experience and the opportunity to enjoy all the spa facilities.
This hotel is in a perfect location to be close to busy areas, yet still out of the way enough that you get a neighbourhood feel. The modern-Japanese style feels traditional whilst still providing all necessary amenities. The spa facilities are excellent with a sauna, onsen and cool plunge pool.
We loved this hotel. Rooms were really cool, fresh and of good size. Good breakfast with a mix of buffet and a’la carte. They could provide gluten free sandwich/ bread which was a big plus to us. Location was also great, central but in a quiet street.
This was our favorite hotel out of all the hotels we stay in during our trip to Japan. It was in an excellent location and so comfortable. I cannot express how comfortable the beds were and how cozy but full of space we felt we had in the room.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Their onsen was something we looked forward to at the end of our days. I would definitely stay here again.
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. They deliver breakfast to your room every morning which was delicious and an amazing touch. Staff were incredibly hospitable and the location cannot be beat. I'm never staying at a different hotel whenever I come to Kyoto
