"The resort itself is absolutely beautiful — the layout is stunning, the rooms are modern and comfortable, and the views are exactly what you hope for on vacation. There’s definitely a luxury feel when you first arrive. Unfortunately, once you spend a few days there, you start noticing the lack of upkeep. There were dead plants throughout the property, and empty bottles and cups were regularly left sitting in the grass and around common areas for long periods of time. It really took away from the atmosphere the resort tries to create. The resort offers several restaurants, which sounds great in theory, but the food was mostly mediocre and the service was inconsistent depending on where you went. Some meals were decent, others felt very underwhelming for a resort of this caliber. One important piece of advice: use your safe for absolutely everything valuable. Items have a strange way of “walking away on their own” if you leave them out. Overall, the property has a lot of potential because the scenery and rooms are beautiful, but the maintenance, food quality, and overall attention to guest experience need serious improvement."

"We had an amazing time all the staff was so nice and the food was amazing specially Diana at the swim up bar and Enrique the manager from the lobster house restaurant. We have been to a lot of all inclusive hotels but this one felt like being home. We will definitely be back."

"I recently visited with my 6 month old and husband and we loved our stay. We had a complimentary crib in our suite which was very spacious and cleaned everyday . Property was beautiful and we have no complaints about the food. I will mention when ordering room service the quality of food wasn’t the best but when visiting any of the buffets and restaurants it was excellent. Staff was helpful but we had an issue with bell boys never showing up to collect our luggage from our room for checkout . Overall it felt relaxing , calm and spacious the beaches were beautiful . Very kid friendly . I do wish they had more variety and options when it comes to entertainment but overall we enjoyed our stay with only a couple minor inconveniences."

Dining is a major highlight; the à la carte breakfast at Capricho, with made-to-order options, is a fantastic way to start the day, especially if you get a table in a top waiter's section. It is an adults-only sanctuary that makes you feel pampered, and I highly recommend it for a relaxing yet lively trip."
