We had a great time there. Checking in was easy, the facilities were great and checking out was also easy. Self parking meant a bit of a walk to the car, but that was not an issue. We’re also very close to the coconut marketplace, so shops and dining were easy. At Kauai Shores itself, the lava lava lounge was excellent.

Kauai’s first ever hotel. Old world, clean and in a beautiful quiet location. Not 5 star but worth the experience!!

This hotel is in a very central location. Close to International Market Place, the beach and buses. The staff was excellent. I recommend this property.

Unique for a hostel? Free pancakes. I didnt partake, but they looked amaaaazing. Wasnt the biggest fan of the beeping door locks. They can be heard from bed Would stay again

Great rooms, service and pool area. While the food and drinks by the pool were delicious, the prices were unreasonably high.

Loved our stay at the imperial and we will be back. It is perfectly located, walking distance to the the beach , restaurants, shops, etc. NO noise at night . Older building but well maintained and extremely clean. The staff are just outstanding. Todd and Eric from front desk were excellent helping us with everything that we need. Thanks for having us. Everything about this hotel was great! We loved our stay and the staff were so nice and welcoming. Location is great also. Keep in mind you have to pay $2 for laundry detergent and around $5 for the washing machine and dryer that isn’t for free. Gym and pool were very clean as well. Overall 10/10 great stay

The rooms are clean, neat and tidy. They are older so be prepared, but the beds are extremely comfortable and the pillows were lovely. Bathrooms are clean, but older. The staff were extremely helpful and were there 24 hours a day so it you have a 5am check out to catch your flight, there is someone there to help you. The pool area is clean and neat,its a large pool and it was crystal clear. Very nice. There was a bus stop just out of the front of the hotel for lines 20 and 42, so it was...

Great location, easy walking distance to beaches and local attractions. Very clean, spacious room ( accessible) bathroom is huge, great for those requiring a roll in shower Would definitely stay here again

Great, central location. Easy check-in, check-out process. Room’s cleaned every two days. Only two bottles of complimentary water, regardless of duration of stay. Coffee and tea downstairs in the morning only no kettle or microwave in your room. Microwave is only on two floors right at the very end and a little inconvenient. Have used this hotel a few times now. Staff are friendly.

Second time I’ve stayed here and will again. Love this place
