"Had a great stay, especially with the free upgraded rooms which was a lovely bonus. Pools were excellent and able to get a lounge chair ok. "If you are travelling and want an airport hotel this is okay it’s incredibly busy takes a long time for room Service to come the lifts were broken - for a big hotel out of four lifts there was only two. I had to walk up the stairs quite a bit and I was on the 10th floor when the staff did reach out ..."
