"Everything was near perfect. Except the toilet had a very bad odour. The hotel tried their best to appease my wife and me. On the last night offered to upgrade is to a suite - unfortunately it was too late. They should have dinner so at the time of our check-in when I requested an upgrade as part of our VIP package entitlement! According to them "the hotel is full". I wonder how the suite was available? But I must add that the staff were very good, extremely polite and helpful."

The team makes you feel welcome without being overbearing. The pool and surrounding views create a peaceful atmosphere that feels private and elevated. The location is also excellent, close enough to the center of Ubud while still feeling tucked away in nature. Overall, a fantastic stay. I would absolutely return."

"This is a small hotel out of the centre of town but only a short gojek ride to museum etc. The outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff - always smiling, pleasant and keen to help. The restaurant is perfectly adequate and the pool area not too noisy. The room, although spacious, cool and comfortable, lacked a view ( ground floor ), looking out onto a wall and a few plants. This may be better upstairs so suggest checking first if this is important. "
