Absolutely stunning, excellent location, wonderful views and very comfortable. "David's apartment is a beautiful, well-maintained, and nicely-furnished 2-bedroom located near 9th st and Folsom st. It has everything you'd need for a long-term stay. The front bedroom is the nicer of the two: the natural light and desk make for a very comfortable space. The back bedroom has no desk and the window looks out directly into the siding of the building, so there's no view. But the room is comfy. Both rooms have closets and tons of storage space. "The place is great. Pictures are very accurate. Neighborhood is great. The only issue we had was that the living room and hallway lights didn't work. A circuit must have been tripped. Minor issue to resolve but we could never find the breaker box and repeated attempts to communicate with property manager went unanswered. So the entire trip we couldn't sit in the living room in the evening because it was pitch dark. Quite annoying. But overall a nice place. I would just be concerned about...
