"Contact to host 24 hours before arrival was impossible as phone number was discontinued or not existing. No attempt to contact from host was made. No message to us upon arrival. "Rooms are nice, clean and on elevated ground offering stunning views over the sea (hence not an easy option to walk up to the room on a steep slope but their quick turnaround courtesy pick up/drop off service to/from lobby is readily accessible). Every staff we came across treated us with great courtesy and service. Best location for those wanting to stay away from the busy Bangla Rd district but still close enough to amenities and markets with 200 Baht tuk tuk ride will get you anywhere in Patong area. Breakfast choices are marvellous. Highly recommended."

"This is one huge property but a beautiful one. Our was great but it needs a bit of tuneup. The tiles are ours the pool were wobbling and the steps going into the pool were broken. Small details like that. Otherwise the room was excellent. We had a 2 bedroom vila with a private pool and a study room which had a nice size pullout sofa which we used for our toddler. The beds were all super comfortable including the pullout sofa. We did not use the kitchen much but it was functional for what we needed. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There was everything and all fresh. The other few restaurants were great as well. We used the spa offer. I wasn’t super impressed by my facial but the scrub and the massages we nice. We stayed here for 6 nights and we had an amazing time. We definitely recommend this hotel and we would love to be back again. "
