"We were quite disappointed with the staff. We booked the villa for 3 nights. The WiFi was not working as we arrived. The staff promised it would be fixed in that afternoon. But she kept pushing the deadline and finally it was fixed on the LAST night we stayed so basically we never have a chance to use the gadgets in the house as they will need WiFi. "The utility bill is way way too expensive. Not that we on the aircon. We were out most of the time and i ensured all my friends to OFF everything before we leave the house. 4 days: 5880 baht. ridiculous. i will not ever stay there agn. The villa is expensive. OK furniture, not very dated, stayable/liveable. Very tranquil, but blocked by trees, therefore no seaview by the pool IN ANY OF THE VILLA. Only upper level is sea view and upper level, trust me, you wouldnt stay there for long cos, wait...

"The place is beautiful. The rooms are very grand, the pool area is great and the views breathtaking. The staff were lovely. They took care of all our needs. I took my family of 8 to Phuket for two weeks and we all loved it. The only draw back is that to get to the road there is a steep climb. However,whenever Bier was around, he would take us up to the top in his truck. Otherwise I would highly recommend this holiday villa."
