Room was amazing and beautiful inside and out . The staff were very nice and accommodating .This property is about an hour from the airport which was a bit inconvenient going back to catch my flight . I stayed there when it rained almost every day so O would definitely like to stay again . The only thing I did not like was having to catch the buggy everywhere since everything is spaced out

Avista Hideaway was amazing. We cannot find the words to describe how good it really was. From staff to accommodation to facilities, it was the best resort we have stayed in. We didn't need to go anywhere else if we didn't want to. The rooms were out of this world, the food and restaurants were not only exquisite but were full of variety and accommodating to allergies. A big shout out to Tuktik from the pool bar, she was talkative, informative and creative with our drinks. Avista is on our list to stay in Thailand from now on... thank you for making our trip so special!

We liked the property however there are not many eateries at walking distance . So eating at the premises was only option which was costly.

The service was nice! The hotel actives like Muay Thai class and personal cooking lessons with the chef were lovely. Nice swimming pools, and overall the vibe was great! It’s a bit tucked away, so be prepared to walk, take a taxi or Grab (Thai Uber). But I’d prefer that over the loud hustle and bustle of street noise. There’s also a free hotel shuttle to and from the main drag daily. I would recommend. 👍

This is the 5th time staying here. Always enjoy. Relaxing location but not to far from the busy areas of Patong. Definitely will be coming back. Staff go out of their way to assist. Family friendly. Highly recommended resort.

Good resort with friendly staff!

Staff are friendly and there are two pools that my kids can access! So far we enjoyed the resort and will recommend this resort to our friends! My kids also attended the kid club, although the club is slightly small but the staff are super friendly too!

This is a beautiful hotel to stay at if you are going to enjoy all the amenities that it offers. We absolutely loved out stay here but we went to patong a lot and island hopping so we did not spend much time at the hotel. If you are planning to relax and stay at the hotel in a quiet area, I would recommend staying here

We spent 5 nights at Avista Hideaway for our honeymoon, and it was truly the highlight of our entire trip. Upon arrival, we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a pool villa, which made our stay even more special. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We were surprised with thoughtful touches like a delicious cake, chocolates, and beautiful complimentary decorations in our room. The villa itself was stunning—spacious, spotless, and perfectly maintained. The private pool was a true luxury and added so much to our experience. If it fits within your budget, I highly recommend booking a pool villa; it’s absolutely worth it. Dining at the resort was equally impressive, with several excellent on-site restaurants, including one with a Michelin star. Every meal we had was outstanding. Avista Hideaway created the perfect romantic and relaxing environment for our honeymoon. It was peaceful, seamless, and completely stress-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway—it truly made our honeymoon unforgettable.

Swimming pools and food were great, the restaurants are 5 star. Unfortunately the pool bar didn't know how to make Bloody Mary and played awful music most time. Room was mouldy, not well maintained, air con made us sick, no ceiling fan option, showers are broken. Staff were kind and lovely, did their best. Lost item was not found, friend left gift on reception under our name and room number, also not found. Overall it's a really beautiful hotel, wish it was maintained well. The management kindly compensated us with a dinner. I do recommend it for short stay, we stayed 8 night was too long probably.
