Loved our stay here! The hotel was massive and not much tourist at the time as we went during low season. The pool is one of the biggest I have ever seen in a hotel. Breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from and staff was lovely.

Here's the cleaned-up version: We spent 6 days at this hotel and it delivered a mixed experience. Location is a standout. Patong Beach is an 8-minute walk, Bangla Street about 10 minutes β€” close enough to visit but far enough that no crowd, noise or nightlife chaos reaches the hotel, perfect for families. A 7/11 is right nearby with plenty of dining options surrounding the hotel. Rooms are spacious and pool-facing with all amenities. The lobby is beautifully maintained and staff are consistently warm and helpful. Breakfast is a highlight a generous spread with great variety. Families will love the included kids' activities and beach towels are available on request. The hotel attracts a good mix of Indian and Australian families giving it a welcoming vibe. However, the concerns are serious. For a hotel at these rates, finding cockroaches in the room on multiple occasions is simply not acceptable. We also found a grasshopper inside. We reported it and the hotel arranged pest control across the property appreciated, but this should never have been an issue in the first place. Guests paying premium rates deserve a pest-free environment, full stop. The rooms and pool are also visibly dated and well overdue for renovation. Lots of space for breakfast in the morning, it does get busy. The chef is great and checks in with each guest. Bottom line: prime location, great breakfast, friendly staff and solid family amenities. But hygiene and upkeep must match the rates being changed
