"This property is very convenient, especially if you are watching a concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. When I booked it, I just knew it was within very close walkable proximity of the coliseum....I didn't realize the coliseum was actually connected to the mall which was connected to/housed the hotel. It was so convenient! There were a lot of dining and shopping options in the mall and surrounding area too. The hotel room was modern and clean. They even had a water filler on each floor so you don't have to go buy bottled water! That is such a luxury, especially at places where you can't drink out of the tap. I highly recommend this property!"

"Customer service is phenomenal. The food is great, some were ok but overall it’s good. The room is clean. Washroom has some opportunities that can be improved. Just the view from our room is not that good (squatters area) felt bad though "
