I basically didnt like everything about this place, the rooms, the beddings, the bathroom and sink which are both clogged,, the yucky sheets and towels, no trash cans and electric kettles inside the rooms, the defective lightings, the dilapidated and dirty elecavators, the swiming pool area that needs repair and the corridors that smells bad.So instead of comfort and rest, it was a terribly uneasy and sleepless night for me.To be honest, the place needs total cleaning and makeover.

The room was really nice, but there was nothing additional there, no toilet paper, no hair dryer, no extra pillows, blankets, nothing. Kinda disappointing.
Overall, the building is quite old. Room service is slow and the building is starting to show it’s wear and tear. The hotel does not allow any alcohol in the room which is quite disappointing. We asked for toilet paper and we were told we need to wait until the next day. We went to 711 to buy our own toilet paper. No air conditioning in the lobby, Elevetor or hallways as it was broken. Door knob on the 11 floor emergency stairwell broken. Lack of hot water in the suite and cracks in the ceiling.
The only positive part was the staff at the front desk which was very polite and energetic. It’s not their fault that management neglected keeping this building looking good. Neglected maintenance of the building.
Emilia Cruz (Front Desk) gave my mother a very poor customer service.
My mother who is 82 years was maltreated in this hotel. Don't book on this hotel...VERY!!! VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!
This is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at in the Philippines. The rooms were nicely remodeled but there will subtle things overlooked by the staff.
1. The pillows will filthy. If you peel back the dingy old pillow covers, you’ll find a dirty old pillow with thousands of other peoples saliva. This pillow should of been thrown away and replaced years ago. They should at least put a pillow liner.
2. The beds sheets are old and dingy white. These are high mileage and needs to be thrown away. I didn’t feel comfortable slipping in between the old sheets so I only slept on top of the newer cleaner looking comforter.
3. The daily maid service needs to go re-taught. They picked up my wet dirty towels off the ground, folded them and put it back on the rack. Where’s my new towels? They would take the 1/2 roll of toilet paper off the rack and replaced it with nothing. The bottled water was replaced on the first and last days only.
4. The WiFi process was stupid. They would give you these daily 24hr logins/password papers. Why not set it up for more the 24hrs?
5. The sofa had cigarette burn holes but my room was non-smoking. When you sit on it or touch it, dust would fly in every direction. The smell, was horrific. I wouldn’t even place my shoes on them.
I like the location of the place, a lot of place to eat. My family and I were very displeased of the hotel's facility. First thing I usually check when I check in the hotel is the bed. The sheets were all worn out and I could tell were not changed at all. I found a lot of hair, strands of hair. The towels were ripped and very old. The toilet seat and lid were broken. The shower door was broken and wasn't able to completely close.
No coffee maker or percolator available for use. Staff said its in a locked room. Telephone cord coming apart. A long wait when calling front desk.

There is a charge of 1000p if you drink beer in your room????? That’s a new one to me. No other hotel in the world that I have stayed in has this charge. They don’t even have a restaurant and the bar at the pool area is dilapidated & closed so where else could you have a drink except in your room. I find this stupid.
Clean and nice stay. Wifi was down on last day. Overall location was good.

Not so good service.
There is no elderly rate provided to senior person and no breakfast provided. In the booking it mentioned that breakfast is included. No restaurant is the hotel other than Starbucks. Bottle water not provided in room until we asked for several time. Also no wifi in the room but mentioned wifi provided in the booking.

Bare minimum stay
It was comfortable. The service was not so great. The wifi was bad. The room cleaning was not very good.
I've booked three times in the last four weeks and there was always something wrong with the room.
TV image was purple, cable reception poor. During the most recent of stays the aircon was shutting down every 15 minutes due to a faulty timer. Had to settle for a cramped room (at midnight) that had a working aircon, Frequent response to your complaints and suggestions: "It's not possible" or "It's not allowed."
First time I have been in a hotel that rations out wifi access. Maximum of two wifi coupons per day! One coupon per gadget. Get your coupons daily at the front desk!
Big room but smelly and old, staff should be trained. When you call the landline most of the time they don't answer. No refill of bottled water for the duration of our stay. Not recommending this hotel
