"The view of the city was the highlight of this room! The staff were super friendly. Check in was smooth and efficient. Self-parking was easy. Rooms were decently sized. Beds are comfortable. Walking distance to the Regency Ballroom. Exactly what we needed for a quick overnight stay. Will absolutely book again!"

"This is a “4” star hotel but there are no 4 star amenities. The initial front desk person was rude. There’s a tier for breakfasts that isn’t disclosed on Expedia OR on their own website. The whole place smells odd. They have no room service or areas to get cold sodas, water. (The only helpful staff were at the bar and at the cash register for the breakfast area). "

"Stayed at Hotel Zephyr and honestly… it’s giving cute, quirky, and stress-free travel 🙌 Perfect for families—fun outdoor games, super chill vibe, and the location is EVERYTHING. You’re basically steps away from Fisherman’s Wharf, food, and all the things you actually came to see. Room was clean, comfy, and quiet (which is a win after a full day of exploring). Staff was great too. 10/10 would stay again—especially if you want convenience without sacrificing personality."

"The room was very old, we had a leak in the shower and also, the light of the closet it didn’t turn of, so we had light the whole night. To be fair, the next day, they move us to another room. The staff was great"
