"Best service I’ve ever received at a hotel! Tamila at reception did an exceptional job introducing us to the city itself, the culture, the restaurants and facilities at the hotel. They welcomed us with a small snack and drink. We got a room upgrade, so it was very spacious. Staff went out of the way to help us, be it bringing our laundry delivered by an outside company, assisting us with luggages and making sure we were satisfied with the meals and room. Taste of breakfast is exceptional! Made to order Bun Cha is a must try. Mia Restaurant is equally stellar and we ended up eating there twice. Tasted like a Michelin starred restaurant and the wait staff even deshellwd seafood items for us. When we checked out for Halong Bay cruise, the reception staff packed us a small snack since the ride to the cruise ship terminal would be long. Overall, this is the best hotel I’ve visited!"
