Aurora Premium Hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Everything was spotless and well cared for, making my stay very comfortable. The Sky Bar was a fantastic bonus — a beautiful spot to unwind and enjoy Hanoi from above.

Loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly and always willing to help us. he breakfast was great and the view while eating breakfast was also great. The room was so comfortable. We did 21 days in Vietnam starting in the north to the south and we did 2 visits here because it was so nice.

Beautiful hotel

Beautifully decorated hotel throughout. Our room was very nice and clean, staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. The food in the restaurant was phenomenal. The bar staff was very friendly and it was a relaxing atmosphere.

Excellent first impression of property: beautiful decor - clean and bright, very welcoming staff. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a good variety (cold and cooked) to suit many tastes. We liked the ‘cooked to order’ menu in particular. We also valued the suggestions staff offered at breakfast as to how we could spend our day eg sightseeing options, transport, opening hours at museums etc. Our room was lovely - very clean, comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom.

Everyone here treated us with such care and attention. You can tell the team truly loves what they do. Staff Lilly upgraded us & was professional & always had smile on her face. Everything is excellent about this hotel from spotless room, smiling staff, great shopping & restaurants nearby & everyone so attentive but only thing not happy was no drawers in room to put clothes, water in shower would come out & make bathroom wet & room is very small, otherwise; love this hotel & staff & love Hanoi!

Aurora hotel Hanoi has been our home away from home. The location of this hotel is perfect for us because we love the old quarter area. Every morning having a perfect view to the lake while enjoying our breakfast is great to start the day. The openness of the sky bar on the top floor is perfect for a drink with mates.

We've stayed in a number of hotels in Hanoi and Aurora has become our favorite. The staff are professional and friendly, the location is perfect, the rooms are clean and sky bar is fantastic for the view and vibe. We recommend Aurora to anyone looking for a good stay in Hanoi.

Nice and quiet hotel in the middle of the busy street within walkable distance from shops. Staff is very nice and courteous. Only wish that the room was a bit roomier. Nice buffet breakfast is at the top floor with large windows and balcony looking out to the city. Had a pretty decent variety of food. Would come back
