"This was our first visit to Toronto from Calgary, and this hotel was so wonderful that it completely shaped our impression of the city in the best possible way. The staff were especially kind and welcoming. We checked in quite late, around 10:40 PM last night, and the gentleman who greeted us at the front desk was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. We would really like to thank him again for making us feel so welcome. The breakfast quality was also outstanding — honestly comparable to what you’d expect at an all-inclusive resort in Cancun. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely love to come back."

"There were hard boiled eggs and a whole roast chicken in the mini fridge, gross. You could see a buildup of dust on the lamp shades. And there was a $250 incidental charge that you don’t get back until 5-10 business days later, wth?"
