We have stayed twice now and enjoyed ourselves both times! It is a quiet, well kept property with walking paths close by, easy access to downtown, and we love that is a cozier feel than a hotel.

Good last minute decision. Spacious room with great views. Just not a lot amenities. But for the price- you can’t beat it. Only 3 restaurants in walking distance. Which is probably why elk were on the property at dawn.

Pros: Loved the house itself and breakfast/lounge area.Lovely location, off the main road. Cons:No bathroom in loft bedroom - very inconvenient to go down the steep stairs at night ! Very dark decor. I like dark paint, but there were not enough lights and those that were there were harsh bright white. Hot in the loft, even with the fan on, and this is only May. No TV in loft.

We understand that our unique style is not a good fit for everyone, to be honest, all those things you mentioned are disclosed in the description of the rooms, so shouldn't be a surprise for anyone. Nice unique place to stay! The loft bedroom space was cool, with separate common area. Small, but perfect for my wife and I. Beautiful mountain views out of our window! Wifi was a bit suspect, but it didn't affect us much. There's also an area in the hotel where we could sit and play games. Really enjoyed our stay here!

It’s a beautiful villa with gorgeous rooms and I love the cozy feeling of it. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of mini fridge in the room. Though not a big deal in the end. I will definitely be staying here again.

I love the loft sleeping area away from the seating area and the beautiful sky light that could be closed and kept light out to be able to sleep. The cookies in the hallway were amazing and the cafe food was lovely. The service was amazing at the cafe and when we first came to check in. It was also so easy to message and request early check in/late check out and they were incredibly accommodating. We definitely plan to come and stay again and we are telling everyone else to do the same! Highly recommended!! Only recommendation would be to have flat pillows and fluffy ones so there is a choice between the two but the bed was so comfy and amazing!

Quiet area of Canmore and a nice change from downtown for our 1 night stay. Friendly staff, plenty of common sitting areas for coffee in the morning with a few board games. We enjoyed our evening dinner at the Iron Goat next door.

I didn't like guests with kids running up and down stairs and knocking on everyone's doors for hours and the staff not putting a stop to it

I usually stay in Banff directly and decided to stay in Canmore . This was one of the nicest properties I have stayed at especially considering the price . It was so unique and beautiful there was such a great view of the mountains. The staff are so kind. This will be where we stay everytime we go to Banff from now on. I 10/10 recommend
