"I like the location of this property. The facility is quite run down in many areas, but didn’t really affect our stay.
I will not stay in their unrenovated rooms again. I found it dingy, worn out and in need of an upgrade. The tub creaked VERY loudly every time we moved in the shower. The drain was clogged upon our arrival, but was fixed when we asked. The battery was dead in the thermostat when we arrived, but it was fixed promptly.
There was no ice machine, despite being marked as being on our floor.
The wallpaper was peeling, it was dingy in crevasses, the fixtures had so much dust on them and I feel like the room was either cleaned a while ago and sat, or not cleaned thoroughly.
The beds were so creaky, but comfortable and all bedding was clean.
Like I said, I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that the is is just an old dingy room. I will book the upgrades one next time.
The pool was great, but again, old and worn out. The whole facility showed so many signs of needing an upgrade, but I would still stay there for the low price."
