"Friendly staff and easy check in Clean towels had hairs in them. So did sink and tub. Fridge had old milk containers inside."

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was especially comfortable, which made a big difference after a long day out. The hotel itself felt well-kept and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful, which always stands out and makes the experience better. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay."

"Rooms were updated and clean. Parking is minimum $50 down the street in a parkade so be aware and add that to your grand total as it makes a huge difference price wise. We were woken up by people talking and running down the hallways early in the morning, and cleaning staff, regardless of check out being at 11am which was pretty disappointing as we got in very late and really wanted to sleep in."

"The staff are great. It’s just the facility fee they charge that you find out about after you book and don’t use or even know about. AND as I was informed at least twice before my stay that they will begin charging guests an extra percentage that use certain credit cards. Not my cup of tea."

"Beautiful hot tub area, spacious, clean 1 bedroom suite, friendly, helpful staff. Daily maid service was appreciated. Chili’s restaurant on site was good with very friendly servers. My only complaint is the thin bedding/comforters, and the slightly firm/uncomfortable beds. I did not sleep very well. "
