"Room was nice & clean - having breakfast included was fantastic … food was nice and fresh. Really impressed with how much was included in the stay ie breakfast & all the amenities ie tennis courts, pool, pool table etc - sad that the indoor basketball courts & spa were out of order - hopefully we can enjoy them next time"

"As we had a late check-in, staff arranged the key after a phone call, and even left directions to the room on the envelope which was super helpful. The room we were in was an older property that had seen a few updates so it was a mix of old and new features. Large doorless shower didn’t spill onto the bathroom floor which is gold star worthy ⭐️. Tiled floor throughout meant that bare feet weren’t the best and when the dining chairs were moved it was VERY loud, from the upstairs guests too. The back door on the ground floor unit meant we could easily park our push bikes overnight (venue is right in the bike path)."

"We stopped for two nights in the motel style rooms. The room was large and the beds comfortable. It was a short and pleasant walk to the beach. Geroa is a beautiful area. We really enjoyed it."

"Mattress was in very poor condition with broken springs. Saw Cockroaches in the cabin on two occasions. TV chromecast did not work and very popr customer service. We have stayed at Tasman Parks in the past and would now reconsider. When we were ready to leave we realised that the conditions required us to strip bed linen and place in laundry bags and take out the rubbish. Which we did. At the rates charged this is completely unreasonable."
