"The Hamptons Apartments is a relatively small but well appointed place to stay for an individual or for a family. It is close to the 109 tram line which is a direct route to Melbourne CBD and even closer to numerous restaurants on Bay St as well as Coles, IGA and First Choice Liquor. Very courteous staff and quick to respond to any request. "

"Overall property was great for price however overall the room needed a deep clean with the shower being mouldy and thick dust on windows. Off street parking was close, easily accessible and free. The communication is shocking with instructions being different to what is actually required. Instructions need to be updated. "

"We had a great 4 night stay in Molly's apartments. The apartment is located close to restaurants, the Vic markets, trams and also convenience stores. The apartment was neat and included most of the amenities needed for a weekend stay, although we were surprised there wasn't any tea, coffee or milk. We had a late flight and arrived at the apartment after midnight, and would have really appreciated, even just a few tea/coffee bags for the next morning. During our stay, we had a few questions...
