"J’ai passé plusieurs nuits dans une chambre de 6 lits (filles seulement). La chambre n’était pas trop petite, on avait des grands casiers pour y mettre nos affaires. Les salles de bain sont semi-privatives et ça c’est super cool. À chaque étage il y avait des pièces avec soit juste un toilette, soit juste une douche, soit les deux. À part que tout l’étage y a accès, tu as la pièce pour toi seul lorsque tu y es et ça ça change des salles de bain partagées. Tu peux avoir et changer ta service tous...

"Getting in and out of the rooms using the Goki app was pretty easy, staff at reception were really nice and helpful. The only complaint I have is the kitchen smelled so bad it permeated throughout the entire area outside it. I stayed on the 4th floor so I can’t speak for the other floors, but there were food items still in the fridges left unmoved for days/weeks at a time (I stayed for 2 weeks) and it was clear it probably hasnt been thoroughly cleaned/checked in a while. "The location is excellent, 5 mins walk to southern cross station, prefect for frequent regional travelling. Hostel is within free tram zone so easy to get the CBD by tram. Fairly clean and modern. Lift available to carry suitcases upstairs. Hard to fall asleep when the person moves on the top bunk bed and the whole bed moves. Better if the bed space can be more private. Overall experience is good and will stay again "

"Love the co worker/ study areas heaps of wall sockets to charge all devices, great wifi , huge venue I have never heard of it till I saw it online and neither had any my my friends and we are locals "

"Cheap nights stay. Room is very clean but depending on how the other guests are the bathroom can be pretty bad. Either they aren't cleaned enough or other guests don't have the courtesy to leave the communal spaces tidy."

"Liked friendly and welcoming staff, cleanliness, free coffee tea and bread. Comfortable bed and communal areas. Only think to be improved is that I wasnt in receipt of the code to get in when I arrived. I didnt have a sim card so couldnt phone. I went away and emailed Frank to get it and then went back. Ideally an automatic email and text giving these details, before check out time would have been good. Overall this is my favourite accommodation place in Melbourne. "

"The reception was friendly and check-in was quick. The toilets were clean regularly. The daily activities are cool and gives opportunity for those who are solo-travelling to meet new friends. The kitchen was a little small for the number of guests staying at the hostel. Overall, it is still a cozy place."

"Great place with great atmosphere. Really good starting point, cos everybody's so helpful. A lot of longtermers to hangout with and social events everyday. Totally would recommend. "

"Room was basic but comfy bathroom was nice however fridge and tv were not usable but this was fine for one night The pub on the bottom level has great food"

"Disappointed that we couldn't get a good night's rest due to other occupants loud and disruptive behaviour going on past 3am. Sign posted for noise to stop at 12 but no staff enforced this and it ruined our trip. "

"Very clean for a hostel type accommodation. convenient location. I stayed in a 4 bed dorm with private bathroom, so can;t comment on the bigger dorms. YMMA It was rather loud thou on a sat night. Not sure whether the noise was from its own pub or somewhere else. there was only 1 double electrical outlet to serve 4 of us, thus knocking 1 star off the amenities rating."
