"This is a great location for families. Our 1 year old grandson loved the beach, grassy area and playground. We have rented in Newport/Balboa a lot, and this was the most well equipped kitchen yet. The only drawbacks were that the garage wasn’t deep enough for my Traverse, but my daughter’s RAV4 did fit, and the coin laundry is kind of inconvenient especially considering the cost of the rental.If you want to spend a lot of time in the water you may want to look closer to 15th street. The sand berm the city has built up in this section of the beach makes swimming/body surfing difficult. "
"This is a beautiful home located on the strand overlooking the beach. It's on the corner providing even more open area. The view from the second floor is magnificent. The location near so many great restaurants. The house is well stocked with utensils, coffee, tea, and many other of the comforts of home. The management is fantastic, very accommodating and responsive. All in all one of the best vacations."
