"My 2nd or 3rd stay and still enjoying it. We'll be back. Note; street parking is very manageable and not any where near as difficult as other areas in Newport. Older property, not lux but very charming. Great location. Have had stays from 3 days to 12 days...very close to other great beaches (Corona del Mar, Newport). Kitchen has full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric kettle. No stove. Beautiful neighborhood for walking. All you need for single or couple."

"Beautiful ocean view. Up and down stairs condos with separate entrances and 3 car garage fit our large family gathering perfectly! Had separate living rooms for some privacy but also so close to spend time together. Walkable location to the restaurants and beach.We drove half an hour to Disneyland. Lovely spot!"

"Can’t ask for a better location. Right on the beach with the park next door too for games etc. Pretty quiet as you’re down away from the shops. Parking was convenient other than garbage day. The house sleeps a lot of people however the kitchen is very small for the amount of people. The house is old and outdated. It could really use a deep clean especially on the main floor. A few minor updates would go a long way with bathrooms/fixtures etc. We had a son in a wheelchair and although we made it work it was very tricky and tight spaces. Hard to get him in and out and the main floor has lots of thresholds etc. I would not recommend for someone looking for accessibility. The patio is great to sit on and watch the sunset and people, just be prepared to clean things off. Overall our group of 16 had a great experience and loved the location. Wish it was a little cleaner and a few updates. Very responsive communication. The outdated house is reflected in the price for the size and location. "

"This beach house was beautiful clean well equipped great location especially if you have kids or a dog because you have a huge green grass area right in front. The Host were so nice and kind he was right there if we needed anything "

"Beautiful Balboa beach location! The three bedrooms were spacious and great for our family of six. Restaurants and the pier were only 2 minutes’ walk away. The ferry to Balboa Island was right across the street. The only drawback was the small garage (difficult to park our large SUV). We would definitely stay here again."
