"Loved staying here. This apartment was perfect for a nice weekend. It was a good price and a fantastic location. Near the bay front and near the shopping on Marine Ave. it is very clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. When we come back to Balboa I’d love to stay here again."

"The location was perfect for our family, with the beach just steps away and a coffee shop just a little way down the boardwalk! The place was stocked with plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, which was a nice surprise. The garage was a little tricky to get in and out of with a very narrow alley and narrow garage. We had a mid-sized SUV, and managed, but it was close a couple of times! We loved our stay here."

"Had a great time with a large group of 12 people ranging from one year-old to 75. Beds were comfortable. Location is excellent. House is well stocked with beach supplies and bikes. Would definitely stay again!"

"Great vacation experience overall. The house was spacious and clean, and had everything we wanted / needed to maximize our enjoyment of the beach all week while we were there. Very short walk to the beach and well located for everything in Newport and the Balboa Peninsula. We really enjoyed our stay!"
