"The property location was amazing. The property was very clean and had all the kitchen essentials. We had a wonderful stay. The one thing I would mention that could have been better is the quality of furniture. Reminded me of IKEA furniture. Not very durable. The rental states it sleeps 6, which it does but the couch is a futon sectional so that isn’t very comfortable and sleeping on it for a week is not something I would consider reasonable. If they invested in a new couch and a new dining table and chairs that would be top notch. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home."

"First off, let me start off by saying that the house was great. Our trip was great. Everything was awesome. The only problem we had with this property was that the floors were not cleaned prior to us arriving. The property management did what they thought was the best by delivering a mop for us to clean the floor with. They did offer the cleaners to come while we were not in the house to clean, but that was not an option for us as we had our valuables inside the house. Other than that, everything was awesome. It’s close to the ferry. It’s close to Marine Street. It’s a great location."

"Super cute! Everything I needed! Very comfortable bed and pillows. Door locking was a challenge from outside but easy getting in. Great AC! Host very responsive."

"Had a great time with a large group of 12 people ranging from one year-old to 75. Beds were comfortable. Location is excellent. House is well stocked with beach supplies and bikes. Would definitely stay again!"

"Great vacation experience overall. The house was spacious and clean, and had everything we wanted / needed to maximize our enjoyment of the beach all week while we were there. Very short walk to the beach and well located for everything in Newport and the Balboa Peninsula. We really enjoyed our stay!"
