This upstairs unit is elegant yet relaxed, with every design detail inspired by the coastal surroundings. Modern and warm with white paneled walls, wide plank flooring, and custom tiling and lighting throughout - all complemented by natural-tones and navy furniture; the interior design will not disappoint. Here's what you'll find:

- Interior spiral staircase provides access to upper unit from the ground level entry door, with yet another spiral staircase that leads to the rooftop deck

- Open floor plan includes living/dining/kitchen areas - all with ocean views

Perfect
Beautiful beachfront unit- we loved the views and amenities. The location could not be more ideal and the rooftop area was awesome. Hope to return soon.

Great place
Overall, the place is great. The whole place is decorated beautifully and simply. Right on the beach. Walking distance from grocery store, restaurants, shops, art galleries. It's really nice to have a garage. (It has a shortish clearance, but our small, rented SUV fit in there fine.) It is probably a pain to find any parking around there, so having a garage freed up the use of the car, knowing we didn't have to save our parking space. It is really a very pretty place, like the pics show. The only problems were 1. the dishwasher leaked all over the floor. That has been recorded in previous reviews, so I was surprised that they seemed surprised that it leaks. They offered to fix it, but it would be nice if it was replaced and they didn't have to fix it. 2. The little balcony seems pretty precarious, however, the rooftop deck was spacious and had amazing views. And the view from inside the house was great, too.

Appliances
We had some issues with the shower plumbing, dripping refrigerator which got all our food wet, and broken dishwasher which leaked all over the floor. Repair man came for the shower quickly which was very appreciated. He mentioned the owners new of the dishwasher. If they know of it, it should be replaced or advise guests not to use it since it leaks and dishes would have to be done manually. Wasn’t too happy with the refrigerator leaking water all over of food and drinks. Location was amazing as was the management company. Very friendly and helpful.

New Years Beach Vacation
We had the best family time with our college age kids. We were right on the beach and they had so many choices of activities within walking distance. The beach house was beautiful, updated and comfortable! The sunsets from the roof top patio were amazing!! We will look to stay here again!!
