"Room was very smelly, bathroom needs to be worked on, it did not appear clean due to wear and tear, we only need the room to recover our sleep due to our return trip from 14-hr flight back from Asia before flying back to LAX. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was not very sufficient as it works on fixed schedule, we waited almost an hour to get to the hotel and wouldn’t be able to use it after we checked out since our flight is at 6:45am so we’ll need to make our own arrangements."

"We really weren't in room much, but it was pleasant enough. Room was clean, bed comfortable, nice bathroom. The only negatives, for us, was the included breakfast was lackluster (but typical for hotels) and no fan in the room. Other than the occasional plane going over, it was too quiet, for us. 😆 We really only arrived, left for our event, came back to sleep, and gone the next morning. But was a nice visit. "

"I dont really have any complaints except when i was calling for the airport shuttle, they automatically put me on hold when they answered. Was on hold for 30 minutes so I hung up and had to spend money on Uber"

"Great place to stay for an early flight from SFO. There is even a dedicated stop on the AirTrain line for the hotel so you don’t even have to go outside. The room and the public areas are well appointed and maintained. I will definitely do this again next time I’m flying early."
