"Very convenient But overpriced"

"This is an old property and it shows. The room was well worn out. They don’t provide hotel shuttle services to or from SFO, like they used to do. I shook out the bath mat and a spider came crawling out. I won’t be staying there again. "

"At check in, we asked for room service every day (you have to ask for it) but even though we requested daily room service, they still didn't provide it on one of our three nights. They also kept leaving us only two towels even though there were 4 of us, so we had to keep requesting more towels. The breakfast is good, and if you add it on at check in, it is a good value. Parking is convenient."

"This is a motel, not a hotel, despite how it is presented. The only “boutique” feature is the small room size. Although it was clean, we would never have booked it if we had known that it is a motel. The walls are extremely thin — we couldn’t sleep until 3 a.m. because of noisy neighbors. One can hear everything, both from other rooms and from outside. Definitely not worth the money for us."

"Staff were well trained, helpful and friendly. Shuttle was exceptional with times charted out throughout the day. Breakfast was awesome, anything that you might want seemed to be available."

"Staff is friendly and excellent. Place is being renovated. Fire alarms going off, extra walking distance reaching parking lot and amenities not available. Understandably they will look better and be better soon. But for now, I wouldn’t want to stay again until renovations are completed. "
