"I came back because I enjoyed my stay last year. I wanted to check in slightly early. This year I arrived I was not told that I had early checkin or late check in option for extra cost and found out later I was given wrong information at the desk. The hotel was clean although housekeeping is every other day. I asked for extra towels and they were quick. "

"I booked this hotel because it said it had an airport shuttle. Upon checking in, it turns out the shuttle didn't start until after our flight was boarding - and no other options were provided. Additionally, I was unable to turn on the HVAC in the room, so I couldn't dispel the musty odor or block the sound of the busy street directly outside my room."
