I always love a good breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well maintained. Even though it’s close to the airport if wasn’t bothersome, I enjoy the white noise. Honestly, definitely would book here for my next stay in San Francisco.

We stay here every time we go to a Giants game… It's very convenient for the south San Francisco Caltrain station… About a 10 minute walk. It does cost $20 to park which is probably the only down side to the Hotel.. both elevators are working now so that helps too. And they have a pretty good breakfast that is free for everybody.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and unfortunately it’s starting to look pretty worn out. Not as clean as it should be and the furnishings are looking abused. I had to clean walls in the bathroom as well as the floor. As for staff, some are very friendly while others are not. It just depends on the day. The breakfast isn’t bad. A number of options and available until 10am. It might be time for me to look at other options in the future.

Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was nice, my husband that has celiac disease could enjoy a really nice and filling breakfast. We have a 6 month old and the crib that the hotel provided was very helpful. We couldn’t hear the other guests which is always a great thing.

Our stay was a thoroughly wonderful experience. The property boasts an excellent location, and the accommodations were perfectly clean. We also greatly enjoyed the high-quality breakfast. Furthermore, the staff were remarkably courteous and professional throughout our time there. Without hesitation, we would return to this establishment upon our next visit to San Francisco. Btw, the parking wasn't free (which is may be normal for San Francisco) :(

Great stay! Parking very convenient so many parking available and affordable only $18 per night unlike other hotel parking starts at $25 a nighy. Good buffet breakfast they serve different breakfast on a Saturday morning & Sunday morning. Highly recommended. Will come back.
