"Awesome historical hotel centrally located just steps away from Union Square and Powell St. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Tne rooms comfortable and spacious. The only disadvantage is that the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or coffee shop. There is a little smell throughout the property. But in general we enjoyed our stay "

Housekeepers were kind and also very friendly, attentive every day. Impressed with the restaurant in the lobby, also impressed with amenities available and provided. Close enough to all tourist main hub attractions and transportation options. "

"Staff was very friendly, we arrived really early and they held our bags for us to we could go and explore. They also held our bags after we checked out, because we weren’t ready to head out yet and still had sight seeing to do. Room was nice and clean. AC was good but seemed a little warm for my preference. Would definitely stay again. "
