"The Staff was extremely friendly. I needed an upgrade to a handicap room and the staff was very accommodating. Our view of the Golden Gate Bridge was amazing. I will definitely stay here again. "
"We were in town for an event on Nob Hill so the location was perfect. Hadn't bee to the Top of the Mark in years so it was fun to have a sunset cocktail and enjoy the amazing view. The staff were great and the room was comfortable (also with a great view). There was a minor issue with the bathroom door which couldn't be closed properly. All in all, an enjoyable San Francisco experience."
