This hotel is marvellous. First impressions were excellent from front of house staff, very welcoming including the porter who helped move my car to a safe spot. Room was lovely in the villa with a nice balcony and view. Very clean hotel and pool with constant attention to cleaning or maintenance. Very attentive pool attendant and bar staff during the day. Restaurant is very good with excellent food and brilliant staff, so welcoming. Nice bar with a great view over Sorrento, Vesuvius and the bay of Naples All in all 5 Star.

"This was quite possibly the best service I have ever received at a hotel anywhere. Massimo and Tina were especially good. Very friendly, detail oriented and helpful with everything. Views are great, the restaurant, bar and pool are good as well."

"Hostess was a true gem. Very interesting and a pleasure to talk to, very friendly and extremely helpful. Property was simply furnished but met all our needs and was spotlessly clean. Located in a quiet small village but an easy 10 minute drive to Ravenna."
